Pasta’s Mission StatementChris and Holly Stoleson want to share their passion for fine food. Owning a restaurant has always been a dream of Chris’s. He grew up in a family whose livelihood revolved around food service. His father, Monte, and his sisters, Chantel and Julie, are also restaurateurs, so Chris grew up learning the in’s and out’s from a very early age. Chris broadened his knowledge by working at two of Colorado’s most prestigious eateries. He worked his way up the ladder, eventually as a chef at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Downtown Denver, where he worked for five years, and executive chef at the Chart House in Golden, where he worked for three years. Holly is a 1st grade teacher at Fox Hollow Elementary where she has worked for the past six years. She is a natural linguist, speaking Spanish fluently, and shares Chris’s passion for fine dining. It is Holly’s vision that transformed Pasta’s, giving it an ambience of soft Tuscany colors and warm hospitality for all. This décor is totally enhanced by Morey Kitzman’s stunning Landscape Photography (which is for sale). Their mission is to provide exceptional food at an affordable price. Chef Chris has an extensive knowledge of wines and is creating a cellar to enliven even the most sophisticated of palates. It’s important to him that his patrons have access to premium wines at a price they can afford. The Stoleson’s strive to provide a superior dining experience, based on write home about quality food, and comfortable, friendly service. Please let your server know right away if you’re not completely satisfied with your meal. At Pasta’s, second best is never good enough. |
Chris and Holly want to greet every guest personally as time permits.
